Closing Ceremony: Certificate Presentation for the Summer English Course!

On August 31, the Centre d’Éveil de la Femme (CEF) hosted a closing event to celebrate the end of this summer’s English course, held in collaboration with the Academy Albeheng. The ceremony for the certificate presentation was the highlight of this enriching session, recognising the achievements of the 64 children who joined the program with enthusiasm and dedication.

During the ceremony, participants were awarded certificates in recognition of their hard work and commitment throughout the month-long training. This moment also provided an opportunity to celebrate their progress and highlight the importance of continued learning. A cocktail reception followed, allowing everyone to connect, share experiences, and celebrate the achievements of each participant.

The English course was designed to provide young people with a deep understanding of the English language, develop practical language skills through interactive activities, and promote teamwork and collaboration. Throughout the training, participants benefited from theoretical lessons, practical workshops, and group projects, preparing them to use English in real-life situations.

From the very first days, ice-breaker activities and presentations helped create a welcoming and motivating learning environment. The theoretical sessions delved into key topics, while practical workshops and group projects enabled the children to apply their new knowledge, enhancing their communication skills and teamwork abilities. Quizzes and practical tests were also used to evaluate their progress.

The outcomes of this training were highly positive. The children gained a better understanding of English, increased their self-confidence, and strengthened their ability to work together. The feedback from participants was extremely encouraging, and this success motivates us to organize similar programs in the future.
